You can print out your gift voucher and hand it over in person or we can send it directly to the recipient by email.

The voucher can be redeemed at www.thecottoncloud.com The voucher and any remaining credit can be redeemed until the end of the third year after the year in which the voucher was purchased.

The voucher can only be redeemed before the order process is completed. Subsequent offsetting is not possible. Only one voucher can be redeemed per order. Partial redemption is possible.

The voucher can only be used to purchase goods and not to purchase additional vouchers.

Voucher orders can only be cancelled if the voucher has not yet been redeemed.
